We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
3. Account Access
To deliver our services, we may request access to your business accounts (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email platforms, etc.). This access is:
- Always authorized by you through official platform APIs — never through shared passwords
- Limited to what is strictly necessary to configure your systems
- Revocable by you at any time directly through the platform settings
- Never used to read, store, or share your private messages
4. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted platforms including Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Zoho — all of which maintain their own robust security certifications.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 30 days as required by Florida law (FIPA, §501.171).
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
- While you are an active client of Quala Studio
- Until the end of our service agreement
- For a maximum of 2 years after our last interaction, after which your data is permanently deleted
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke access to any connected accounts at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Quala Studio's services. By signing a service agreement or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Quala Studio provides digital business systems including automation, CRM setup, AI receptionist configuration, dashboards, and related services as described in your service agreement. We reserve the right to update our service offerings at any time.
2. Payment
- A one-time setup fee is due before project commencement
- Monthly maintenance fees are charged on the 1st of each month
- Payments are processed via credit/debit card or agreed payment method
- Late payments beyond 7 days may result in a temporary pause of services
- All prices are in USD
3. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the service agreement with 15 days written notice sent to hello@qualastudio.com. No long-term commitments required. Systems configured during the engagement remain yours after cancellation — Quala Studio will only cease ongoing maintenance.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to required accounts and platforms
- Respond to questions and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure all content and information provided is accurate and legally compliant
- Not use our systems for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All systems, automations, and configurations created by Quala Studio for your business become your property upon full payment. Quala Studio retains the right to use anonymized results and metrics as portfolio references, unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quala Studio is not liable for losses arising from third-party platform outages, changes to platform APIs, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information, client data, or financial details to any third party without your written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

AI Disclosure
Quala Studio configures and manages AI-powered systems on behalf of our clients. This disclosure explains how artificial intelligence is used in the services we provide.
Important notice: Some services configured by Quala Studio involve AI systems that interact with your clients automatically. This means your clients may be communicating with an AI — not a human — when they contact your business.
1. AI Systems We Configure
Depending on your service plan, we may configure the following AI-powered tools:
- AI Receptionist — automatically answers messages and qualifies leads
- WhatsApp & Instagram chatbots — responds to customer inquiries instantly
- Automated email sequences — sends personalized follow-up messages
- Lead scoring and qualification systems
2. Your Obligation to Disclose
As required by California law (and as best practice everywhere), if your business serves clients in California or uses AI for customer interactions, you must notify your clients that they may be interacting with an AI system. Quala Studio will help you implement this disclosure within your automated systems.
3. Human Oversight
All AI systems we configure are reviewed and monitored by our team. You retain full control and can deactivate any AI system at any time. We never deploy fully autonomous AI without your explicit approval of the configuration.
4. AI and Your Data
AI tools we use process only the data necessary to deliver responses. We do not use your clients' data to train AI models. All AI interactions are governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms (such as OpenAI, Meta, Google).
5. Accuracy and Limitations
AI systems can make mistakes. We configure them with safeguards and fallback options to human review when needed. Quala Studio is not liable for individual AI response errors, but we commit to promptly correcting any systematic issues identified.

We understand that giving a service provider access to your business accounts requires trust. Here is exactly how we handle your data and protect your security.
1. How We Access Your Accounts
We never ask for your passwords. All account connections are made through official API integrations — the same technology used by apps you already trust (like logging in with Google). This means:
- You authorize access through the platform's own security system
- You can revoke our access at any time directly from your account settings
- We only see what is necessary to configure your systems
- We never read, copy, or store your personal messages
2. Platforms We Use
All tools used by Quala Studio maintain industry-standard security certifications:
- Google Workspace — SOC 2, ISO 27001 certified
- HubSpot — SOC 2 Type II certified
- Zoho — ISO 27001, SOC 2 certified
- Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) — Official Business API only
- Calendly — SOC 2 Type II certified
3. Your Clients' Data
Data collected through systems we configure (leads, appointments, contact info) belongs entirely to you. We do not access, use, or analyze your clients' data beyond what is necessary to maintain your systems. We never share your clients' information with any third party.
4. Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 30 days as required by Florida's Information Protection Act (FIPA §501.171). We maintain an incident response plan and will provide full transparency about any breach and the steps taken to address it.
5. Data Deletion
Upon cancellation of services or upon your request, we will:
- Revoke all access to your connected accounts
- Delete your business data from our systems within 30 days
- Provide confirmation of deletion upon request
As required by Florida law, we never retain personal data for more than 2 years after our last interaction.
